We hired this company to upgrade our home for a disabled family member. They told us the price and we agreed. We wanted a functional elevator, and to have the work done well. The elevator they installed has yet to go 2 months without a malfunction. They take HOURS to return your call on a weekend, and are very sloppy about informing you when the repair man will show up (which may not be the same day). In addition, the work was sloppy.
