Our air conditioner went bad and our service with To the T plumbing and air conditioning was excellent. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and replaced them and cleaned the unit all within 24hours. Could not be happier.
Just had the most exceptional experience with Anthony, from To the T Plumbing. He solved a problem that was nothing short of baffling, drawing on impressive experience, intuition, and expertise. Unlike the other plumbers I'd brought in, he found a faulty shower installation that was creating aerious mold/health risks. And was so generous with his time! I'm in awe. This firm is now my folks for every plumbing need going forward! Yay! And Thanks!!
Called ahead, arrived when they said, was professional and even helped me move stuff out of the way when I needed to. Can’t ask for much more!
Hector walked me through the features of my new heat pump and answered all my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Their diagnostic fee is $60. Apparently this still applies when they don’t check and voltages on capacitors, motors or even check breakers. My unit was simply looked at visually and in the 5 minutes hector was there I was quoted either $2500 to replace my condenser fan motor or $20k to $70k for a whole new unit. I feel like I’ve been swindled.
