We hired To The Point to paint the exterior of our house and had a fantastic experience with Gabriel and Carlos. Their team was professional, positive and highly skilled. I honestly do not understand how this company can possibly have a 5 star rating. Not only did they try to charge me for work I did not approve but as you can see from the photos and video of what my new painter has discovered, the work done by To The Point Painting on my fascia boards is atrocious. The boards were not properly prepped and the paint was peeling off and bubbling within 2 months of completion! I have too many complaints and photos to post here but felt the need to warn others. Best painters I've ever hired (or heard of!). They worked carefully and quickly. We had a team of 4-5 painters who stayed from 9-5 each day. Carlos and Gabriel were a pleasure to communicate with, and were eager to lay extra coats where the old colour showed through. They left our home clean swept and beautifully painted - 10/10 would hire again.
