I recently visited To the Point IV clinic, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The clinic had a clean and cozy environment! The nurses who administered my IV were knowledgeable and extremely kind, taking the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Thanks to Cindy and her wonderful staff who are all top notch! I feel so well taken care of here…. from urgent care visits to IV Therapy such as immune boosters and vitamin boosts-I can’t say enough how grateful I am for their continued thoughtful care and their beautiful facility.
Staff is professional, attentive and nice. Rooms are so relaxing and peaceful with music and recliners. Highly recommend.
This is an extremely efficient business. They make it easy to get registered and get you in the door right away. Once in, they take excellent care of you, offering slippers, blanket, snacks and drinks and a warm towel. The efficiency and kindness of the staff cant be matched!
Update on 12/12/24: If I could give 10000 stars, I would. Another great visit. They were closed and Cindy (the owner) actually opened the business up to see me. I told her no way & she insisted. You don’t see this type service these days. She goes above and beyond on her day off & actually cares about her patients. If you see someone else for IVs or doctors visits- you’re making a mistake!
