Professional, Honest and Informative The mechanics at TGIF are great. I trust them to be honest with me on the needed/required work to be done. They will advise me if they find anything needing my attention. LOVE THIS PLACE!
My visit was not so good, I think they should be more precise with the diagnosis, they changed my car some spare parts which was not the problem, they gave it to me and continued with the problem, I took it so that they could solve me with a guarantee of that payment but they did it was the exchange of other spare parts and they charged me for another service which I did not like because they made me spend money on what was not what my vehicle needed to be fixed.
Repairs done quickly. Would recommend.
Dropped off at 8am. Was told would take at least hour to diagnose. Hadn’t heard anything by 1pm so I called and was told they looked at it but it’s gonna be a hefty cost and they wouldn’t be able to tell me why or the exact cost until after lunch once they are able to put a full estimate together. I went there to get my brakes and muffler fixed , but they never mentioned anything about repairing those after I called them.
