I placed an order online, received a confirmation text, and arrived to pick it up on a Wednesday at around 8pm (during the business’ standard hours). When I arrived the restaurant was closed. However, they still charged my card for the purchase despite never fulfilling my order. I’ve tried calling on multiple occasions and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. Very frustrating experience and no idea how to get my money back for an order that was never made. They should not accept online orders when they are not open.
Couldn’t even order…. the guy behind the counter was on his phone the whole time. Doing zero. No one else was there. Apparently scrolling or playing video games is what we do now in the service industry at restaurants. Walked out after repeatedly trying to order. No thanks.
