Great customer service
Bought a gastank for my bjke had a dent in it and sender unit and parts which wete to be included were missing
I've been to many motorcycle shops and had sub par experiences. This is without a doubt my favorite! The owner, Ralph was very honest and very helpful! His extensive experience with motorcycle made me feel very comfortable leaving my 93 ZX Ninja. Its hard to find good CARING help these days that match the historic background that Ralph has. This is the best motorcycle shop I've ever been to. It breaks my heart to know they are closing for retirement after 40+ years! I wish I found this place sooner.
Brought my motorcycle to get the safety. They told me I need work done in order to pass the safety: put additional signal lights, change brake fluid etc, which would cost me parts plus 3 hours of labour. I went to 2 different shops and asked if this was needed, they both said no. I took my bike to the other shop and passed the safety no problem, without any extra work. Before I left T.O.
