I cannot even begin to express the excellent service we received through TNT. Bill was our serviceman who was nothing short of friendly and professional with exceptional knowledge of our Unico system. I also appreciated the mere fact that they kept the appointment they scheduled and were on time. Thanks to Jimmy as well who was able to squeeze in an appointment for us, during his very busy schedule. They have a customer for life! Thank you Jimmy and Bill! Nice to know there are still people who care out there!
I’ve been using TNT for 25 years. They installed several units in my house. They are honest, reliable and they have very quick response time. Love them.
Great customer service and technicians. They installed all our equipment and have been servicing it. Just upgraded our units with UV Lighting to stop the spread of viruses, mold and other allergens. The units were on a 6 week lead time and TNT got it here in 4. Seamless installation and great service. Thanks TNT!!
Terrible receptionist and rude. Take your business to someone else! It's a shame because outside of the customer service, their work is good.
