I visited this store yesterday and had a disappointing experience with one of the sales associates. I came in because I saw a jacket on a mannequin that I really liked. When I asked about it, I was told the only XS available was the one on display. The associate who had dressed the mannequin abruptly told me she wouldn’t be taking it down and that I would need to come back another day after they requested an XS from another location, which I found unreasonable. Because of his help, I made several purchases and he even handled exchanges smoothly and without any hassle. He’s always eager to help and makes shopping a pleasure. Avoid this store at all costs, unless you want to have your financial situation questioned and your body be judged and shamed relentlessly while you are trying to spend money in said store. Kim (Asian woman with black glasses) delivered the worst customer experience of my life, and after leaving and seeing all the other comments about her behaviour I am so saddened to see that other women have faced similar verbal abuse while shopping at this store.
