Went into the new Alice & Olivia store last week. Have heard about the brand when Jenny Molen talks about it on IG! Love love their clothes. The person helping me was named Quinn - she was awesome and walked me through the different looks — will certainly be back!
Before meeting Annie at alice + olivia, it honestly wasn’t a brand I was very familiar with. But after she walked me through the collection, styling, and vision behind the pieces, I became a fan. Her sense of style and personality translated into such an elevated and thoughtful experience. Had a great shopping experience with Hasti on the weekend, she’s very patient and has great recommendations, highly suggest working with her!
The sales associate here is so rude and they just stand around and don’t greet you and once you ask for help they talk down and have no customer service skills. I don’t care that they carry a wide range of brands I love I will not support or spend money here
Staff is really unfriendly, don’t even want to browse there
