Had new leaf springs put on for 99 f250. Had told staff on the phone twice when scheduling the appointment it was important to me that the truck sit level. This should mean adding a leaf. Got the truck back and had to leave state the same day. As soon as I got back in state I called them to explain the truck did not sit level which is what I said I want.
