Always have had good service from them and prices that were right in with others and they usually have what I need. They can not help that the prices of every thing has gone up due to inflation from the last 4 years every one's prices are up
I Drove my leaf springs 90 miles to their Great Falls, Mt store. Manager said I needed a pair of 13 leaf, leaf spring. I asked how much. His estimate was $800-$1,000 for the pair. Manager called later told me the price went to $1,128. I said ok order them. Get the part, its a 14 leaf leaf springs. When I ask the manager Charlie if I got the wrong part, he gave me a resume of his work experience. Then proceeded to tell me I should know to just take the new leaf springs apart and make them 13.
