First time visit went well.
Do not go here I REPEAT DO NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. He waited on three people and was still taking people before me didn’t even acknowledge me in the car and when I talk to him and told me about it he said go somewhere else
I’ve been a TNT customer for years but as of now I will not be returning. During my last two recent visits I experienced VERY unpleasant customer service. One of the workers (only guy with tattoos on his arms) got mad because he jacked up the wrong side of my car. He stormed off and left my car on the jack and also threw the lug nut drill down so viciously it almost hit me. Another worker who is always very nice to me had to come and take my car off the jack.
