My daughter (age 17) filed her taxes with these people, they were given paperwork with all the information on the paper for the direct deposit then they entered the info wrong and when it was brought to my daughters attention that the service had marked the direct deposit incorrectly we contacted the service (tnt tax service) and they made an appointment for me to drive to get to, for some reason they could not check over the phone, when we arrived we explained the situation at that point we were a bunch of excuses as to why... read more
I have been using the Jackson Hewitt booth at 11550 Meridian Market View, Falcon, CO 80831 (owned by Craig Turner of TNT tax services LLC) for two years. Got a letter from the IRS saying we didn't file my wife's 2018 W-2. Took the letter to Jackson Hewitt and they are refusing to take responsibility. It is even attached to the paperwork they gave us after we filed. Now we owe the IRS $4,000 because our preparer was in a hurry. How do you just forget a W-2 on a couple filing jointly? They added in all of my wife's employment ... read more
