Just started with TNT about 8 weeks ago after a recommendation from my doctor. On my first consult day I was immediately welcomed with open arms! I’ve had a wonderful time being there and Jayna (who I have my sessions with) has been a God send!
What I like best about CrossFit at TNT Strong is how I can set my own personal goals and scale any workout and it’s ok. Some people in my classes are way more fit than I am, stronger, younger, but I never feel bad about that. People truly respect one another’s personal journey and people of all abilities are represented. There is no judgment there. I was able to lose 65 pounds and gain my mental health back after years of struggling after having baby number 3 all i can say is with a combo of people and training programs and inviting environment you have no choice but to excel.
Cassie, Jayna and Reagan were super helpful in assisting me with all my questions. Jayna gives great insight for all of my workouts even showed me a few new ones! Never met three girls who go above and beyond to make sure their members are happy!
Fantastic gym with great staff! I’ve really enjoyed going to TNT Strong. The facility is well-equipped and clean, but what really stands out is the service. Jayna and Cassie at the front desk were awesome—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely insightful about the gym’s offerings. They made me feel welcome right away and answered all my questions. It’s great to see staff who care about members and create such a positive environment. Highly recommend!
