The owner blatantly scammed me. He has been very obnoxious, belligerent and disingenuous in our dealings. I stored my rv there for around 3 weeks waiting for insurance to pick it up and tow it to their repair shop. This was all explained in detail to him and he actually physically facilitated the rv being picked up and I spoke with him afterwards confirming that it had been picked up and there were no plans of returning it to their storage. Troy has continued to charge us after we canceled and removed and sold our trailer. He owes us over $900 and is refusing to pay it back. He's is unprofessional and a thief.

Well, I’m happy to see other people have had good reviews, but I however had a very bad experience at TNT storage. So Troy Only does valet parking or so he calls it that, of all the Trailer trailers. Last winter, I decided it would be best with my new fifth wheel trailer to have it stored, covered and enclosed for the winter. I made the special trip all the way out to TNT storage.
