Family owned and operated remodeling contractor. During Covid 2020 we decided to scale back and get back to our roots. We closed Tried and True Services (opened in April 2009) and opened TNT Renovate concentrating on fewer jobs with better customer service and a more personal experience. Never showed up to appointment. After contacting TNT, he apologized by saying how he was having a bad day and rescheduled for the next week. Ok fine. That day, offered to come out five days later. Five days later he texted saying he was passing on the project all together because he was too busy and taking a more lucrative contract involving a set of track homes. I have worked with Sam on multiple occasions for different projects. He brings a level of knowledge and professionalism to the table that is second to none. He and his team have built, retaining walls, patios, steps, and provided drainage solutions that could all be placed on the front page of any landscape magazine. Customer satisfaction Guaranteed!!
Rob Estoll is knowledgeable and capable and has a wide rage skill set to handle any job related to his field. He is passionate about his work and clients. Very involved in local community and helps with projects for local HS and does construction projects for NCHS marching band after hours. Great family guy with a strong work ethic. Highly recommend!
Rob & his guys were wonderful! I had a complete bathroom renovation done and couldn't be happier with the results. Their tile work is beautiful. They're professional, courteous, & timely. I had a deadline and they were able to complete the work w/in the timeframe i requested, even though they were busy working other jobs at the same time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
