I recently had to sell my mom's house, and all the agents I knew in that area had retired, passed or were slowing down because of age/health/etc. So, I asked around and one my neighbor's recommended TNT Premier Real Estate. They were extremely professional and helpful with the sale of a commercial property that we sold. Tim always kept us informed and provided excellent counsel. We highly recommend TNT Premier Real Estate.
They expect your income to be way more than 3x times what the rent is. If my income was almost 4k a month I wouldn't be looking at houses in the coal region area. The rent prices they are asking for the area is unreal for the houses they "fix" and rent out. The houses are not up to date and the bare minimum was done.
Our family member opted not to rent through this and black rock - what a waste of money on the app fee! It took several weeks to get them to stop emailing us leases to sign. The property was marginal and the prospective tenant was expected to work out details with the other tenant (such as lawn care and snow removal) and the other tenant wasnt very cooperative on first contact.
