They were extremely professional and helpful with the sale of a commercial property that we sold. Tim always kept us informed and provided excellent counsel. We highly recommend TNT Premier Real Estate.
They expect your income to be way more than 3x times what the rent is. If my income was almost 4k a month I wouldn't be looking at houses in the coal region area. The rent prices they are asking for the area is unreal for the houses they "fix" and rent out. The houses are not up to date and the bare minimum was done.
