It's a pretty solid gym. Pretty basic stuff, it's a little cramped in there but you'll never really wait for a machine to open up. I've been there for almost a year and it's been slightly packed maybe 2 times. I had to cancel my membership because I just had a baby and I might pcs. There isn't any ego lifters, nobody yells when they lift and everyone is pretty chill. My brother has a membership here and referred this gym to me . I called and told the receptionist I was interested in getting a membership but wanted to know more about the gym and let’s just say marketing must not be her specialty. Her answers were very short and she provided no feedback or insight. This was our conversation: Me: what are the prices? I ran into the child care issue as well, however, me and the owner came to a great solution. I go while everyone else is at work so I’ve never seen the gym crowded. It’s never been unclean when I went and I’ve even come in during the time while they are sanitizing.

Hello, I've been going to this gym for months and I love it! The atmosphere is so positive and uplifting. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend!

24hr, offers contract or monthly membership. Great equipment, great service and has kids play room too. It's also a black owned business 💪🏾💪🏾. Highly recommend.
