When I set up the appointment through the warranty company the receptionist from TNT plumbing called to set up the appointment, at that time I explained to her that my water heater would light and would go out every other week. So when the technician showed up I told him the same thing. He said that this is a working water heater because it’s lit. I explained that it’s going to go out again he said he understands but there isn’t anything he can do. The receptionist could’ve told me this and saved me time and money.
Anthony was very professional and polite. He did a great job!
