Tamir will get you right! He is personable, motivating, and committed to your success. He has been personally training my husband and I for about 4 months now. Recently, I had an accident and I spraining my knee while I was playing volleyball with the students I work with. When I came to Tamir for our workouts He was so patient with me and he even created alternative workouts in order to doctor my knee back to its full mobility. Abs let me just say... He was successful! I was blown away! He certainly is the BEST in town!
When I first met Tamir I new this was the go- to man about fitness. Tamir is an expert at training and dieting and loves sharing his knowledge about the two. He is humble, encouraging, patient and willing to workout with you no matter what rain or shine.
