Just got a pedicure from Julie. She handed me a book of services and then never said a word. The entire pedicure lasted under 30 minutes. My heels are raw from the pumice stone. She never shaped the nails, and missed spots. I noticed this before I left and asked her to correct, which she attempted. The fix was to file the painted nails and redo paint on two (didnt do the base coat as she did with all others). Honestly, I wish I had never paid the $40. Truly disappointing.
I love getting my nails done here. Lin is always pleasant, helpful and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her.
Usually, have my nails done in New York. But Kevin did a fantastic job!!!
I took my daughter to get our nails done and we had a great time. They are very nice and did a very good nail job. The pedi includes a foot soak, massage chair and mini massage. I chose the dip nails and they came out very nice with a sparkle and shiny. My daughter chose two colors for her hands and two for her feet and they look beautiful.
