I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done. The gel manicure was great, the gentleman doing it was very polite and did a good job. Waited 10 minutes or so in the pedicure chair for someone to help me, that’s fine. The woman that did the pedicure (I think may be the owners wife from reading prior reviews) was EXTREMELY rough. She made me bleed several times, cut my nails way too short, and overall was just terrible. I was miserable sitting in the chair and wanted nothing more than to just get up and leave. I was here visiting from Florida and called for an appointment they got us (my friend, her daughter, my husband and myself) in for pedicures and I wanted a fill. The pedicure started good with Bill but quickly I realized this was not a good experience. I had acrylic on my big toes because they had cracked and my normal girl at home put a thin layer on them to help them not to crack. He said I can do that as well but his was not the same. Giving it two starts because the pedicure, other than that, NO. I made an appt with my mom for gel tips and pedicure. The owners wife took me and refused to let my mom and I do pedicures together. She then cut me on 4 separate fingers, multiple times, left them so chunky and crooked, and did not show me the color until after. I hated it all but am afraid of how rough she was to tell her.
