I got a worker that was SO inattentive, she was on a call with somebody my whole appointment but she was really careless with my nails. I needed to get my gel extensions off and she removed them so aggressively that all the length I acquired while my extensions were on got ripped off! I knew my nails were going to look bad after gels but she destroyed the white ends of my nails so now I can’t even file them! I came here to get an acrylic nail soak off while I was in the process two other ladies came in wanting to get their toes done so the women doing my soak off rushed it. She only soaked my nails for maybe if even 5 minutes and drilled the rest off.. my nails look all messed up not to mention she left the drill on my nail for too long and left a huge bump because she was too busy watching the lady’s getting their toes done so she can hurry and assist them instead.
SOOOO good! i 100% recommend this place!
Vicki was incredibly patient and friendly. She has great attention to detail and works with such quick, confident hands. I really appreciated how carefully she handled my sensitive nails—with so much patience and care. I’ll definitely be going back to Vicki! 😊
