This business purchased parts from our company for a Mitsubishi Triton on a COD basis with the owner saying his wife would pay the next day by credit card. Now two weeks later and still no payment. BEWARE!!! Worst service, Dan has been “servicing” my car for over a year & trusted him, only to find out he hasn’t been actually replacing the parts. Sump has been removed and silicone used instead of correct gasket causing a leak RTV silicone in the oil pickup and motor, No gasket present. Also “used” 3 bottles of transmission fluid, without flushing out the old one & used the wrong fluid, overcharged me for this service & now he doesn’t want to take responsibility. Worst small business i have ever dealt with! Phone calls never returned, deadlines never met. Picked up my car after 4 months to only drive it home and find out that a tyre that was damaged in my accident sat in the warehouse for 4 months and not even looked at or fixed while other repairs were happening, I questioned why there was a tyre missing after picking the car up and they said they forgot to get it fixed! Still getting small things fixed on the car in my own time and at my own cost! Stay away!

DO NOT take your vehicle to this business if you want the repair to be completed in anything representing a reasonable time frame. When my car was quoted I was given a 6-8 week estimate, it took over 3 months and only after I chased up every few days to only hear the same excuse week after week. Even when finally returned it is still missing a sensor and some trim, which has taken another 3 weeks and counting still to be closed out.
