I’ve been to this gym and used the gym as well as the tanning several times within an 18 year plus span and never any issues . What I like the most is that Jeff the owner is very personable and he will demonstrate how to do a certain machine etc and how many reps and give me like a customized amount of sets or reps and make sure I’m doing them right .
