TNT Delivery guy disappeared before I (immediately) answered the front door, necessitating a trip to TNT office where I was met with staff who thought it was a great joke that I had missed the delivery and had to drive to pick it up. Deeply underwhelmed by their service and attitude towards customers.
Didn't seem to want to help me with my inquiry
Was good experience they are delivering on their office door due to covid. Just ring the bell and guy will come quickly to attend you at front door.
Delivery people should be wearing a mask!
