Game changer! I went from couch potato to 3-4 days a week at TNT. The coaches are so amazing and worked with me at my pace and level. My overall health started improving on day 1! My blood sugars have normalized for the first time in over 10 years! After just 3 months of movement I am convinced off my diabetic medication! Movement works especially with coaches at your side

Such a great workout facility with great trainers! I felt like it was a very friendly environment walking in. It can be scary trying a new gym/workout class but everyone there has been very welcoming! Definitely recommend giving them a try.
I love going here! The trainers are awesome and very helpful. They have answered all my questions and have helped me start achieving my fitness goals. I would recommend checking it out!
TNT is the best in the Fox Valley. I was worried about stepping into a gym with no prior experience, but I instantly felt welcomed by all of the staff and members. If you're the type of person that needs motivation and a positive support system that cares about your progress like family this is the place for you! And for anyone interested in endurance training I can highly recommend Luke's run club every other Saturday!
