I've been a member at TNT for 3 years and have seen big results since I joined. When I started, I was not sure what to expect. I was never into working out with weights or working in a group setting. The trainers at TNT are always welcoming and supportive. They are excellent at pushing you past your limits. Because of this, I was able to lose over 20 lbs in the last few years. If you want to be challenged, and want to see results, TNT Fitness is definitely the way to go.
The environment is intimidating. But the trainers will help you along the way to a healthier you.
