Frank is the man. Mason and I were helping out with Caldwell County BBQ Catering for an event he was hosting, and he’s an absolutely wonderful host.

I visited TNT Fitness today and met with the owner, Frank. I recently had a shoulder surgery and was interested in red light therapy, cold plunge, and sauna. I received ridiculously great one-on-one service from Frank and immediately felt comfortable. The facility is modest from the outside, but it set up amazingly on the inside, and I love that everything was super clean! The pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend TNT :)
