TNT Fitness and Wellness Center is the absolute best I have ever experienced and the best I have ever known. My personal trainer is absolutely professional and pleasant. It's an outstanding physical and social experience. I give TNT Fitness my highest rating and recommendation. Every client there feels the same as I do. The staff and the clients are like family.
Can't say enough great things about TNT Fitness and all it's amenities! This Gym has it all! A full Gym, Physical therapy, Natural path doctor, Therapy room with Cold plunge, Red light therapy, sauna and more. They even have an esthetician on site. What else could you need? Supplements.... oh they have those as well. Energy/Protein shakes?.......yep, got those as well. Meals?.....yes, those as well. Frank is the best personal trainer you will meet. I have over 20 years experience with TNT Fitness and attribute my healthy lifestyle to him. He has expert knowledge of diet and supplements. The workout routines are tailored to the individual. I highly recommend TNT Fitness and Frank the Tank.
Absolutely love TNT Fitness! Frank and the whole team are incredibly knowledgeable in their training. Its a great family owned gym with a tight knit feel. You will always leave here feeling like you got a good workout and like you're part of the family! Highly recommend.
