A terrible company to do business with overall. Former employees such as Brian Golden were unprofessional, rude and even non communicative abusive to employees.
DO NOT USE! After having numerous serious issues during a stressful international move (Australia to USA) with disgusting courier behaviour (including yelling at me, not being able to tell me what customs forms I needed, not coming on time and not communicating), plus a lack of help from customer service, etc., my shipment was delivered in pieces days apart.
