Called in to see if they had a few parts and they said they had all, come in with the bike and they dont have any of it, unexperienced kid at the counter thinks he knows everything, and they are very disrespectful to customers, pushing you out the way to go down the stairs, thats not all, they have one kid working the counter, which trys to work with 10 people at a time and ignores what you ask, never again will i go, powersports east is the better choice
