I don't know how a shop stays in business when they never answer their phone. I have called all day long and no one ever answered the phone. I'll make sure to let all my friends that ride to not go here. There's other shops to go to, Lunatic Psycles and Villain cycles in Pasadena. a little more of a drive, but worth it since they answer their phones.
