They Suck. The people working for them are liars.
I have been waiting for over a year for my shop door and I get the same answer "we will call you 3 days in advance" after well over a year I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds even though they didn't do anything. SHAME ON YOU GUYS
I purchased a carport august 19 from these people. once I showed interest Steve sent several messages to me to pursue the sale. after paying the deposit there was no communication from them about schedueling the install. after 7 weeks and numerous phone calls to no avail I cancelled the order. I was told I had to forfiet my $400 deposit to cancel my order. These people are crooks! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
WE ORDERED OUR CAR PORT ON 5/15/2022.FINALLY GOT A CALL FOR DELIVERY FRIDAY/8/13/2021,WE DIDN’T GET A NAME, BUT SHE STATED “THE CAR PORT WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 7-12 PM.SO I PUT EVERYTHING WE HAD TO D O ON THE BACK BURNER FOR THAT DAY. I WAITED UNTIL 2:00 PM TO SEE WHAT WAS THE DELAY! I will not give a rating and see if goes through .... I ordered a carport last summer. After few weeks I called sales person about installation and he advised me call to office on weekly basis which I did without any progress. Every time I will get a different story. In Feb I talked to my sales person and he told me that I can cancel my order for full refund of my deposit. I also left the office at account receivable but did not got any reply. This company installed my original carport in 2010. In 2020 I ordered sides and rear for this carport. After canceling 4 visits they arrived and said they could not add the sides and end to the carport they installed stating that the site wasn't suitable. Nothing changed from the original install so I am out my $403.00 deposit they will not refund. Terrible company with a F rating with BBB. They got the F rating for a reason. They do not deserve a one star!!
This company plays the shell game changing its names to avoid warranty work. Do not believe they will honor any warranty.
