Bought a defected noise ring. It wouldn’t screw off so I brought it in to exchange. He said no refunds and I just walked out of the store. He proceeds to try and screw it off and finally did after several tries and I told him I wanted another one. He would not. I was a consistent customer for years spending $1,000’s. The lack of customer service was infuriating and I will drive to another store before I ever step foot in here again. Customer service sucks

Refuses refunds ( denied even though my purchase was from the last 14 hour window)& which goes against their policy. The excuse was “ health policy” but the whole store is health policy considering it goes somewhere on your body. The attitudes are horrid, and it’s not my business but they treat their GROWN workers horrible. They deny their workers of basic needs such as going to the restroom & breaks.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this store. The first was a month ago. I asked the workers if they had a particular product and told me no and laughed amongst each other. I found the product as I was leaving the store. I return today 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close and that same worker stood at the door and denied me entry. Needless to say, I’ll burn the extra gas to go to a beauty supply store that doesn’t treat my business as if it’s not needed.

I walked out the store realized I got the wrong hair and they wouldn’t even let me exchange it and I literally just walked out

I hate hate HATE my experience here. The employees/manager obviously have no idea how to run a store. Highly disappointed
