Shopping experience made easy
Had a whole fiasco trying to replace a BMW 328i battery yesterday, learned my lesson the hard way about trying to do DIY work on German luxury cars.... Had it towed to TNT Autosports last night as recommended by the Autozone guy, then showed up this morning to explain the situation. Everyone was friendly, even despite the obstacles the car was giving, but they got it done and working perfectly again, all within about an hour of starting the service. Would definitely recommend this business
Don't ever order parts from them. I simply ordered brakes and rotors and everything they sent was wrong. When I emailed them, they didn't believe me. So now I'm stuck with brakes and rotors for who knows what kind of vehicle. They couldn't care less about making it right after they got their money from me.
Great all around service.
