Supposedly got approved for a vehicle almost 3 weeks ago. Asking for any kind of updates is like pulling teeth. Seems like we've gotten nothing but the run around! Well where do I start. Thomas and Tyler were welcoming and very fun people to work with! They have great personalities and were very honest and up front. They treated my mom amazing, and were so kind and patient with her! She needed a car asap as hers took a dump with 250,xxx miles on it.
