i called for a quote and Doug was incredibly short with me and rude. he first was trying to figure out how much my other shop was quoting me as if I’m stupid and i don’t know exactly why he’s asking that and if that really would have anything to do with my wanting a quote from them. said they are always a couple days out so I asked when’s the next appointment available where I can bring the car to be looked at immediately and he said “that’s never going to happen”. This shop is less than a mile from my house. So convenient! Ha Especially since my brakes where completely gone. I feared the worst... Master Cylinder. $800 easily. These guys got me in, diagnosed my car… Ruptured brake hose. Replaced both the front hoses. My car was done before the end of the day & less than $350! Thank you Doug over at T-N-T Richland Hills!

I had an electrical issue that was taken care of no problem. It ended up costing way less than the original estimate. Highly recommend
Excellent customer service! Doug was very knowledgeable and did not talk down to me. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this business.
