Always professional, kind, knowledgeable and affordable. The cars are always nice in style. They work with you if you have to extend your rental.
Nieves was amazing. The rental place at the airport over booked and couldn't fill my reservation. I called TNT Auto Rental and Nieves was able to send Jim to pick me up at my hotel and get me in a great rental. Without him I would have been stuck without a vehicle on my business trip. I would recommend them over any national chain.
