I called this company to get information regarding a repair that they have not done, are holding a check for, and will not give the money back as we have decided they are not who we are comfortable doing business with. They were rude and just hung up the phone on me. How do they stay in business? It must be the uninsured people that want crap service and have not money that go to them only. We are looking for what actions to take to get our money back and have the vehicle fixed by a reputable shop.

My 91 yr old mother vehicle was damaged when someone backed into her passenger side door. Her caregiver was driving. The at-fault party offered to pay for the damages rather than file a claim with her insurance co. She wrote a check to TNT and they cashed it despite the fact that the repairs were not done. Do not take your vehicle to tnt auto!! MY 91 yr old mother's vehicle was damaged when someone backed into her passenger side door.
