Great gym. Great training. Great programing.
I recently started going to TNT and have really enjoyed my time there as I slowly acclimate back into working out consistently. Whether it’s help with designing specified workouts, encouragement on the last reps of a set, or overall “good vibes” upon walking through the door, Steve and Ethan at TNT have created an environment aimed at helping people become a better version of themselves. I typically do not enjoy working out. Referred to Steve and TNT by a friend. Made a commitment to try to increase consistency in health and fitness. I got to the point where I was committing 3x/week and noticing difference in energy level, strength, decreased fatigue etc. Life schedules became busy with work and our kids and I wasn't able to attend as frequently. This facility has a bunch of different workout machines. Not your typical gym. And Steve is one hell of a guy and trainer. Knows what he’s doing and he’ll give you the workout your needing and looking for. I love this gym!
