They came out found the problem and blamed it on the way we're loading the washer instead of fixing the problem that was covered under a service agreement with frigidaire and didn't come or call back they closed out to report and noted that the problem was with the customer
TNT appliances send out a service technician Josh stroupe reported that the motor on our laundry center had burn up , that they would get it repaired, and assured us it wasn't a problem, instead tnt decided that it was our fault, that we had overloaded our washing machine, just to keep from doing work under warranty and closed out the report, frigidaire should quit using their business a every day repairman gives better service
