I called this company cuz my friend referred me. Their technician came out the next day and told me it wasnt worth the money to fix it. I had someone else come out and they tried to charge me $600 to fix a $300 dryer. I called tnt back and they installed a really nice used dryer that is working great. Glad I tried them out.
i should of went on here and read other people reviews before i called this guy.............he is not organize or efficient. this guy rumbles through things like he don't know what the hell he is doing.......i had a leak in my fridge and after he said it was fixed and left.......... my fridge leaked even more and now i'm left with a big mess to clean and money out of my pocket for nothing.........i had to call someone else just to get things done right, i regret not looking into things first before i made a decision who i wa... read more
this guy didnt know what the hell he was doing, he left my house saying he fixed it and charged me hand and foot for the repair. no more than 30 minutes later it stopped working again and when i called him about it, he said he cant come out again and said he'll come out the next day and never did...if you dont want your appliance to be more broken then it was then dont call this guy! waste of time and money!!!!
this guy came to my home hours late and never even called to confirm he was even coming late or even coming at all..... and when he did finally came to my home. These people worked on my mothers Dishwasher then a few weeks later it we found it had been leaking due to someone not putting the hose back on correctly. Unfortunately for my mother (who is elderly and on a fixed income) it was a slow leak and didn't find out until it had saturated the wooden floor under the linoleum in the kitchen and traveled to the carpet in the living room.
