My experience exceeded expectations. For a first timer, the thought of being waxed was a little scary but I was met with patience and grace. All my concerns were addressed up front, and by the end it felt like I was catching up with a old friend. I was nervous about pain, and surprised that it wasn't painful at all. Sabrina was very nice, professional, and made me very comfortable! While I had gotten waxes before, this was my first time at this location so she walked me through what she was doing and it was relatively painless and quick! She gave me helpful tips for before and after the wax as well which not all places have done for me so I really appreciate that and will certainly continue seeing her!
