Very shady business! Never told my father how much it costs to fix the car but somehow cheated him into signing a repair agreement and “stole” $500 from him. We never received any estimate statements from them or been verbally informed about the total cost. They even claimed my father’s $1k deductible belong to them! Crazy!? Upon having a car accident, I brought my car here to get an estimate. Jason and his team took care of me and my car, showing me a transparent process and princing. I had my expectations high based on the work they've done, and they did not dissapoint. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
It is not recommended that people who don't know English or insurance procedures come to this car shop. I more or less knew that car companies would want to ask for more money from insurance companies, but I didn't expect that they even cheated customers. They will tell you that if you are the exempt party, take your own company's insurance, deductible will share half of them, you don't need to do anything, and they will help you deal with everything. This isn’t the first time I’ve left a review for them and it won’t be the last because no matter what, I will always go back to them when it has to do with my car.
