I honestly didn’t know that customer service could be this good! From the moment I entered the shop, they greeted me and helped me immediately in the most professional way. It was the quickest in-and-out experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. Andrew was super professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend anyone looking for an auto body shop to get their car serviced here!
I've dealt with my share of collision shops and my experience with TNS was by far the most pleasant. Not only did they perform prompt and beautiful work but each employee that I interacted with treated me like family. They were excellent at communication and I won't go anywhere else should I need collision shop services again. Highly recommended!
I was involved in a 5 vehicle accident (someone hit a vehicle, and tried to run , hitting 3 other vehicles before mine). After GEICO inspected my vehicle, he recommended that I bring to TNS on Forest Av. From the moment I arrived at the shop, Andrew (also his name) saw the damaged, and guide me through the steps of how to repair.
