Shyster- Dupe my mother into a trust at church and then proceeded to milk her through her death. Mr. Scheffel & co prepared an assignment of an insurance policy in '90s; added a will and trust in 2000s; updated them in 2010s, when the trust was no longer required- no real property; then charged over $5k because the insurance policy was not in the trust, had to be added to the trust- adding unintended beneficiaries, which require an extensive agreement!
