I scheduled an appointment on Monday for Saturday at 7pm and sent my deposit immediately. She texted me 90 minutes before my appointment time saying she overbooked and had to cancel offering no resolution or other response. I was beyond frustrated and disappointed to be treated in such a way. Knowing it's impossible to find a stylist last minute, especially on a Saturday night. I booked my boyfriend braids for his birthday 4 cornrows to the back w a style and Troianna delivered!! His braids came out so good. Not to mention her amazing costumer service and aura. My boyfriend will be returning for braids
