I was really excited to use TNL nails as I did a lot of research on where I wanted to get my nails done before I got engaged. I left not super happy with my dip manicure because no cuticle services were even offered to me so my nails looked messy and were filed unevenly. Not even 24 hours later two of my nails chipped while I was out which was as very surprising since dip is supposed to be strong. literally the worst nails i’ve ever gotten, looked nothing like my inspo picture and they charged my 80$ when i didn’t like them. Had to wait for 45 minutes and the worker seemed like he had no idea what was going on do not recommend. Have been crying about how bad these are feels like i wasted my money
Staff were polite but my specific nail tech was not great. She first seemed annoyed when I informed her that she was hurting me - I think this was because she had to go slower when trying to be more gentle. However she still made 4 different nail beds of mine bleed and then blamed me for it by calling my nails sensitive. She didn’t apologize. Unfortunately both times I have tried to come, they lie and say they never talked to me about an appointment and then can not do the service! Be careful if you make an appointment here!
Andy was amazing! He got me in quickly and out, the quality is amazing i love this place!
