Ordered 5 weeks ago, still not received items. Have tried to contact company numerous occasions via email, phone and their website without success. Have now come to accept that they were happy to take my money with no intention of sending the goods.
Ordered pipe clips through their website. After 2 weeks emailed them asking them where they were and when they would be dispatched - no reply. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back, a faff I could do without. I don't know what the setup is here but my money was sitting in some ones bank account - and I'm having it back. Timewasters.
Items ordered were never received, I was then assured they would be resent first class, after a further 10days, I still have not received my order. Very disappointing.
