Had a beautiful lamp posted on Craigslist. I sent my mom as a favor to go pick it up for me and she said the lady that helped her was not pleasant. The lamp was in a box that was obviously crushed and when my mom asked her to open it she remarked that they "checked it already and it was fine." When my mom was told they don't do returns she asked her to open the box anyway to find the shade was split in 2 spots and the lady made excuses. Be weary of this place. We were disappointed.
